The wine

«Clay and limestone soils, marked by fossils of an ancient sea. Three slopes facing the Collina di Agello, from which this white wine is born — fermented in cement and aged on its lees until summer. A wine that carries the mark of its place — and nowhere else.»

01
Three slopes, one wine
Manual harvest from three distinct slopes of the Collina di Agello — each with its own exposure and character. Trebbiano, Albana and Pinot Bianco vinified together.
02
Cement fermentation
Fermentation directly in cement — a choice that preserves the freshness and minerality of the varieties without the oxidative influence of wood.
03
18 months sur lie
Extended contact with the lees in cement for 18 months. Texture, depth and a saline persistence that only this hill can give.
