The territory

A land
with memory.

Marzeno is the smallest subzone of Romagna DOC. Clay and limestone soils, marked by fossils of an ancient sea, a unique microclimate on the first hills above Faenza. Here Sangiovese finds a different voice — more tense, more mineral, longer. Ca’ di Sopra lives at the heart of this territory, on the Collina di Agello, between 120 and 240 metres above sea level.

Since 2006 Camillo and Giacomo have chosen to focus on the best vineyards, to produce little and well — with the same care that has been put into working this land for generations.
